Introduction:
Hello, and welcome to DNLodge Forums! The following post was produced in order to keep as a guideline for members on what they are allowed to post and what they are not allowed to post. Before posting in any section of DNLodge, you are subjected to read these rules. By registering with this forum and making your first post, you are in agreement with any and all of the following rules.

Sitewide Rules

Website Rules:

1. Any and All rules are subject to change at any given time without notification to forum members. If they are changed for any reason, we will try to contact all members about this, but the notification is not guaranteed.
2. All website content including posts, threads, and website forums and sections are copyrighted under U.S. law.
3. Admins have the right to BAN and IPs and User names in which appear as a threat without notification. This action is non reversible. You will not get your account back if it is banned for any reason, and you are not permitted to register under another account.
4. You are not permitted to register more than one account on DNLodge without permission from admins. If a need arises in which you need a new user name, you may contact admin and we will permit you to create a new account for a good reason.
5. Any type of hacking of DNLodge is NOT PERMITTED. If we find any suspicious activity we will report it to police. If we find any IP trying to hack DNLodge, we will also report it to the police.
6. Logging into a screen name other than yours is NOT ALLOWED.
7. The giving away of your user name or password to anyone is not allowed.
   [*}This forum is an ADULT CONTENT FREE site. If you post any content or mention domains which are adult related, you will be banned, or given a warning depending on the case.

Posting:

1. The use of inappropriate language is prohibited in all forums.
2. Posts will be posted in the English language, no exceptions. If you want to post something in another language, you must give the translation within the post.
3. DNLodge will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts.
4. The use of sexual language, content, or images in any post in any forum in prohibited.
5. Respect all forum members, and do not post anything that may be offensive to any member.
6. Do not spam in any forum other than the Spamming Forum. If you do spam, your post will be moved there.
7. The posting of warez, cracks, serials or illegally obtained copyrighted content is illegal and prohibited from doing so on all forums.
8. Posting links to content of a questionable nature, asking for, offering, or asking for help/helping to process such content in any way or form is not tolerated.
9. Cross posting is not allowed. Posting the same thread in more than one forum in DNLodge is not accepted. Please find the correct section to post in and post your message once.
10. The title of your posts must describe what your thread is about.
11. Titles of posts may NOT contain words with all letters capitalized.
12. Titles of all posts must use capitals in the beginning of each word that requires a capitalization in a title, such as nouns and verbs. Words like "and" and "or" shouldn't be capitalized.
13. Posting advertisements in any forum other than the advertising forum is NOT tolerated, and will be moved ASAP by mods or admins.
14. Please refrain from posting meaningless threads or posts, consisting of 5 words or less.
15. Do not reply to any thread with just a simple statement like "I Agree" or "Yes" or "No" .
16. Posting referral links or affiliate links is NOT permitted in any section of DNLodge. If you want to tell members about a referral service, do not give them a link with your ID in it.
17. Overall, we reserve the right to remove or edit any member's post if we think it is breaking any rule or inappropriate for any reason.

Signatures:

1. Signatures may NOT contain any images in them.
2. Signatures with text in size small may use 6 lines, font size normal 4 lines, and font size large is 2 lines.
3. Linking to websites in your signature is allowed.
4. Links in signatures should not be affiliate links or referral links.
5. Promoting your website or another person's website in your signature is fine, as long as the prices of the product or services offered by the website is displayed.
6. You shall not make more than one link to the same website in your signature.
7. The DNLodge Admin and Mod Team are subjected to judge a user's signature and decide if it is allowed or not .
8. If you violate any of these rules, we will remove your signature. We will notify you via PM after the deletion. You may make a new signature as long as it does not break any more rules. If you break the rules more than once, you may be subjected to a ban, but not without contact.

Avatars:

1. Pictures of women or men with any body parts or cleavage exposed it prohibited.
2. If it is inappropriate in any way it will be removed without notification. You may re upload one if it does not break any rules.

Specific Forum Rules

Get Appraised Forum:

1. While appraising, do not insult anyone, or put any one down. Give a honest opinion on the value of the domains requested for appraisal.
2. This forum is for recreational purposes only. Do not use member's opinions to influence you to sell the domain for the price the members thought it was worth.
3. Posting websites for appraisal which is in any way "Adult" related is not allowed.

Graphic Reviews:

1. Posting constructive reviews are allowed, but posting insults or put-downs or offensive comments are not allowed. You may say if you dislike the graphic, but not if you hate it, and if you do say you dislike it, you HAVE to give reasons why, or give reasons how to improve.

Site Reviews:

1. Again, posting of sites with adult content is NOT ALLOWED.
2. Posting sites for review which are in relationship or link to sites with content including warez, serials, cracks, porn, or adult content is NOT ALLOWED.
3. Only constructive comment allowed.

Contests :

1. You are not allowed to make a post here linking to a contest elsewhere.
2. Once the contest is finished, your are obligated to post the winner/s.
3. DNLodge is NOT responsible for the transfer of the work or money. If something goes wrong, DNLodge is not responsible.

Marketplace Forums :

1. These rules apply to all forums under the section "Marketpalce Forums"
2. You may not sell or request Adult related products or domains.
3. DNLodge is not responsible for any transactions posted in these forums.
4. We recommend you use Paypal to transfer money, and not cash, so you have a chance to get your money back if something goes wrong.

Revenue Sharing Program:

Members of DN Lodge who participate in forum discussion are allowed to participate in the DNL Adsense Revenue Sharing Program.

1. A valid Google Adsense account is required.
2. Advertisements after the first post of a thread, which are only shown to guests, qualify for this program.
3. 100% of the impressions/clicks on these ads will be rewarded to the thread starter.
4. A minimum of 25 posts are required to participate in the program.
5. The Adsense Pub-ID can be entered into the "miscellaneous options" area of the Control Panel.

Infractions:

Infractions are used as a discipline system on the forum. When users break the site rules, a infraction is sent.
By itself infractions do not do much (unless it is a severe punishment), but when a number of infractions are gathered over time, a ban will be given.

• One infraction will be considered a warning
• Two infractions will be considered a second warning
• Three infractions will be considered a severe offense and a ban will be given.
  Bans are only given when absolutely necessary and only you will know the duration of the ban.
