If you have a site on the domain that is typically included in most sales, I mean you don't buy test123.com without test123.com's content do you? (Some people might, but I mean if you saw the domain and wanted to buy it)

I thought it was PR0. PR3 increases the value somewhat, if you could get roughly 100 more posts with "recent" (past 5 days) inside all the threads you could probably get low $xxx.xx
