Default Difficult clients, grrr!

I have a client that is about to drive me from doing client's sites EVER AGAIN!

Anyone have any insight on dealing with clients who can never make a decision and stick with it or ones that are internet-illiterate and are incapable of explaining what they want? This person is both!

Well if they pay you before hand, its hard to cancell. But if your talking by phone it shouldent be too hard, just tell the person to trust you, and that you'll like your designs. And if you have to do a whole different one, you may be able to use the non-used one on another project, which means no work for you haha, or maybe post it for sale on your portfolio site.

Hehe, I'm just guessing what would be good ideas, I have no experience in this what so ever, haha.
