Default Turn-around time

For those of you who build sites for clients, do you guarantee any kind of turn-around time? In other words, do you tell them they will have a website by a certain amount of time after they make their first deposit?

You should, so they know when they will have the product, around.

I like to give my clients a timespan of when I could have the job finished by, but I give no guarantees. For instance, I might say that this job will take me between three to four weeks. That way they'll be happy when you deliver the job early and won't be too upset when you deliver the job later.
