how often do you reorganize your forum.
and do you delete all the old posts from the forum?
if yes then after how much time?

We add, delete, modify, and reorganize forums as we see needed. If I think there is a need for something to be changed, then we go ahead and do it. We don't have a set time or interval between changes.

We never prune posts or members. We keep all posts so that members would still be able to search through the archive and hopefully find answers to their questions without having to wait for responses.
