Default Best place to buy domains

I'd have to say the best places to buy domains really depends on your purpose.

Godaddy, NameCheap, and Moniker are probably my choices.

I can say that 1and1.com is probably the worst registrar ever (behind registerfly of course).

I also prefer godaddy but I sometimes fear for my domains (I hear bad things about godaddy taking away domains).

I spread all my domains out across godaddy, name, moniker, and snapnames.

What good features does snapnames offer and why did you choose them?

I think snapnames is very unfair. I only have domains there because I purchased from domainers who would only do a free push to snapnames (can't say I blame them pushing is much easier).

snapnames charges for so called "extras" such as domain forwarding, mail forwarding, and dns services. All things that godaddy offers free (I believe).

I havent used goddady or namecheap.com for registering a domain but I have registered my domain with ipower.com. and for me its very best yet.. I am a member of it for 1 year or so.. and I have never faced any frustrating situation yet..
Have someone tried it??
