Not sure if they're the same people but lets put it in one thread anyway.

I always use TinyPic for my pictures. The URL is always short and the uploading is quick.

As for TinyURL, I always use that when I want to shorten or just hide a URL. Again, it's a really quick process and they're both easy to use.
