Never Buy from Domain Site

NEVER buy from domainsite.com
Their service and support is horrible. Even worst than 0/10 more like -100/10

I purchase a domain with them a while back because they had cheap prices, their interface is bad.
The day the site was up it was down for 2 days. I had some problems loggin in and setting the DNS so I ask for support since I am quite new to this. They replied with we are looking into it, I mean I know that if someone had a big problem, they would ignore you, but my problem is SIMPLE. They left me there for about 2 weeks. I emailed again and again. No reply. After a month, my site has been down 5 times.
So I decided to get a refund because I want a company that is near perfect. They argued with me about my email problem that they did respond but its just that I am not receiving it, I reply back and I am guessing its another person saying that there is nothing wrong, its just me thinking it is wrong. I mean THE WORST EXCUSE EVER! Is some 17 year old kid supporting me?

I complained over and over and they refunded me.

I heard way worst experiences. NEVER BUY FROM DOMAINSITE!
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR! CHEAP PRICES, HORRIBLE SERVICE.
