iPower Domain Names

Who has gone with ipower for domain names? I have gone through them twice. The first time was a pleasant experience. But they did have a delay getting back to me(48 hours). The second time it took them 10 days to respond to my order. Which I decided to cancel the second order.

Wow.. 10 days. Thats not too good.

But I have never used iPower, although I HAVE heard of them.
