Default Jelsoft (aka; vBulletin)

Hey

Has anyone had experience with Jelsoft with vBulletin? How is their support?

Thanks
Lee

Great, great company. Responces usually span from 10-40 minutes. Its great for a company of that size. Go vB!

Yea. Great support. Great product. Hands down.

Post a customer service ticket and you have an answer within 20 minutes. Great customer service for a company that big.

Yes, their service is good but why pay that much for something you can get for free?

vBulletin is much better than phpbb or any free bulletin board system. Also, they're support is also a BIG plus. With phpbbl you usually have to post a thread at their support forums and have your it answered in 6 hours. With vBulletin it's more like 20 minutes.

vBulletin is a good system, altough it is relatively expensive, it has many features that other systems do not have. Personally, I think it has the most user-friendly, eye-friendly, and interactive system in the market.

In terms of support, I have not tried vBulletin first-hand, I have co-admined a website and tried the admin panel demo, but in terms of support my friend says that they are pretty fast and helpful.

phpBB's support forums are extremely quick, Brandon. Not six hours, sometimes I got responds in around 20 minutes; but the problem is the support over there is not official, its just user-support.

With vBulletin, you get what you pay for.

Exactly. You can get a response anywhere between 20 seconds to 20 minutes. It's all very informative because the only members that reply are previous moderators/supporters/etc. of phpBB. They're very knowledgable people and they walk you through every step if need be.

PhpBB is useless compared to the likes of vBulletin!
