Default godaddy.com scammers

I personally think go daddy sucks.

They act like they are giving you like a great deal. But then the try to stuff 50 other products into your shopping cart, without you knowing it.

And the support sucks too.

I recommend that you avoid go daddy.

I havent used godaddy for hosting before but the domains there are fine. As for them trying to get you to buy other products its just thier way of giving you a chance to try out thier other services and some people do and like it. I have nothing against them.

I'll also add on, I hated the superbowl commercial. Bad company indeed, I try to avoide them at all costs, but because its the most popular registrar you gotta renew from them many times.

I have been using GD for a year and have no problems. They have fair prices and compaired to most of the other registers IMO they are near the top.

Sejje's right, i think Godaddy is a good service, provides their customers great supports, the prices are ok, but their main site makes me puzzle, there are many useful links and adverts.

The only reason I use namecheap over godadd is that namecheap is much easier to use. For example transfering a domain to another godaddy/namecheap member is a hard proccess with godaddy. With namecheap you just type the namecheap's username who you want to send the domain and press submit.

I've used go daddy in the past and its not my favorite but they are still a good company and i cant fault them - I personally use name cheap for all my domains now.
