I know youtube is the biggest, but for some reason I like the feel of www.veoh.com and I admit, they don't have as many videos as youtube, but I still like veoh better.

The problem with many video sites we are talking is, that you get many boring, bad videos even if you search with exact keywords. Here is a bunch of video sites:
