Gmail and Yahoo mail is more familiar to users. I much like the Gmail because it is easy to use and can filter the spam email. While Yahoo mail has a new BETA features on which you can chat online without using the Yahoo messenger.

The one thing I don't like about Gmail is you don't get a notification that you recieved an email like Yahoo or MSN.
