Bad experience with Ebay ever?

Have you had a bad experience with eBay ever? Its just that I might be thinking of selling a few old games on it.

Ebay is probably the best and worst online marketplace.

Everyone uses it though. So it must be at least a bit decent right?

I bought a phone from someone. I got the phone but nothing else. No charger, etc. I complained to PayPal and won the dispute but only got 25% of my money back and never heard from the person again. Haven't used eBay since...

Yep. I don't do any transactions with people I'm not familiar with because of that incident. Sucks I had to learn the hard way though.

ebay blows....bought headset from some guy that had account shut down...hence did not get all the parts and ebay has some lengthy ass paperwork to try and get 20 bucks back

i was like i spend 20 on shit domains, why should i chase this

If I feel injusticed I always persue justice man. I just got ripped off by VALVe and they won't give me a refund. FFS they described the game like it was amazing but it was the worst game ever. I'm taking this to paypal.

I've had people claim I never sent anything, when In fact I did. I won the dispute, but the time and effort of arguing was enough to halt my sales.

I love Ebay. I have bought over 100 items there already.

One time, I bought a toy for my dog and I didn't receive the item. When I contacted the seller, he immediately sent another toy dog + a freebie. That's what I call good customer service!

Yeah... So I guess I'm just lucky. I checked and I bought over 160+ items from June 2006 - now. I only buy from buyers with more than 500 feedbacks.

My step-mother sells her artwork online and these stupid assholes with 0 feedback and their account was made the same day, bid in the very last minute and that's a big issue because obviously you can't exactly trust people like that and it screws up the whole auction and ebay's system is very slow for fighting that crap.

Nope never used them. I have however, used their companion paypal. Paypal is a piece of crap I will tell you that at once, anyone affiliated with them has to be crap too. Whew.

Ebay is a great place.

Just watch out for scams. Make sure the money is in your account before sending the product off.

Some scammers will email you to say they have sent you the money and it should be with you in an hour. Always check the money is in your account before taking any further info.
