When I first started making sites and everything, TAZ was where I was daily. It was super busy and the people there would help me out all the time, for free! Now the forum kind of slowed down, the majority of members there are only looking for some type of exchange, the staff are power hungry(one of them in particular), support takes forever, and the list goes on. Does anyone go there? They used to be popular and I used to love going there but other sites of the same nature could get me easily if TAZ remains the same.

Meh. Not missing anything. Though if you want to boost your community it's a good place.

Yeah never used them, I use and have used Digital Point and of course DNLodge. I tried SitePoint, but didn't like it at all.

You're not missing anything. Definitely no need to rush. Right now it's mostly button exchanges and the people who want to do posts exchanges do short posts and exchange with their crap new site. lol No offense to them. Seriously though, no need to rush. :|
