| | Friendster.
Friendster is an Internet social network service. The Friendster site was founded in Mountain View, California by Jonathan Abrams in 2002 and is privately owned. Friendster is based on the Circle of Friends (social network) technique for networking individuals in virtual communities and demonstrates the small world phenomenon.
Does anyone use Friendster? I have an account there and I get emails saying people are adding me and everything but I never log on. That's what MySpace is for. | Want to remove these ads? Register for your free account here.

"Never heard of them." means something, and it's all what I want to say about the subject, it contributes that Friendster (in this case) is not very popular like Myspace for instance.
Forums are made so that people can say what they want as long as they don't use improper words like you used in this thread http://www.dnlodge.com/internet-comp...1-dnlodge.html
They are not made, however, so that members tell other members not to reply at all!
BTW, I only used "Never heard of them." twice !
Also, I consider alot of your posts spammy but I don't tell you not to post !

The majority of my posts are threads, threads that contribute to the community. You may only have used "Never heard of them." twice but you reworded that multiple times.
It's against the rules to make replies less than 4 words long. Review the rules here: http://www.dnlodge.com/internet-comp...must-read.html
Also, I didn't spell the word out. Maybe take another look at that as well.

| It's still improper and I would have preferred the topic without it. Are you saying that I can write whatever I want as long as I don't spell the improper words out ?

however, i dislike the part that limits each profile to a max of 1k friends.
i used to have a very active myspace account... but it got deleted! ouch
...so now i'm in the market to purchase a myspace account... with 100k plus friends... any sellers???? $$$$$$$

friendster is so famous in here (Philippines) its more famous than myspace... filipinos are so addicted to it that some of the companies in here banned friendster site because people tend to visit that site all the time and check their account to see if they have new friends or new testmonials instead of working... |

lol That's exactly how it is here with MySpace. Work and school mostly ban people from checking their MySpace.

I like it better than MySpace... I always use to check my Friendster account.. Most of the time, most of my friends use this to communicate with me..

Anyway, I think Friendster is an Asian populated community. I see a lot of Thais and Indonesians there.

By you pointing out that this topic is off topic and quoting those previous posts, you've made it off topic. We quickly got back on track. Now why don't you stay on topic. | |
