Sorry I meant Digital Point.
Anyways I just posted a topic in the wrong section and I am banned AGAIN for a an ENTIRE MONTH, after getting unbanned literally one week ago. Why is every forum so strict? It's a MAJOR annoytance. OH NO. I POSTED IN THE WRONG SECTION. You don't have to delete it and ban me. I made a mistake. I bet it was that Crazy_rob person.

Ah, one of my favourite sites. They usually don't ban right then and there unless it's severe. Your infractions must have built up.

Rules are harsh. But...rules are rules.
You don't like 'em, don't use 'em. That's reality.
A one-month ban is less severe than others who are banned permanently.

That's true. Meh. The ban will automatically be lifted once infractions start to expire.

How is it the forums fault if you break the rules. Apparently this isn't your first time breaking their rules.
Its like blaming the police for catching you speeding, its your own fault.

Its true, I have found them pretty fair if you follow the rules, along with all the others!

Yeah I know I broke their rules. But if I ran a forum that banned people for having a post count of over 0, that would be pretty silly right? I mean yeah it's my forum but like I said it's still silly.
Just like this situation. I'm one point away from being banned. Been on my best behavior over there. Then WHAM oops wrong section and I'm banned for a month. Everybody makes mistakes you know.

It's an automated system. If you made a post in the wrong section(no prior infractions) you'd receive an infraction for making a post in the wrong section. You just happen to have unexpired infractions which built up to equal to a one month ban.

I know but they would have noticed I had 9 infractions and if they had any emotions at all they might have given me a break.

It's the rules though. If they gave you a break, they would have to give everyone else a break and that'd demolish the purpose of even having rules.

I have got a ban until the middle of August off an Adesense forum. It was the Adsense Digital Point Forum.
"You have been banned due to infractions.
Date the ban will be lifted: Aug 19th 2007, 5:32 pm"
