DP is a cool forum. I think its the favourite forum for many members. Breaking rules will naturally result in ban. So it even gives a warning prior to the ban.

I registered there, they have some prerequisites before I can post in some boards; for example, to post my domain for sale in their domain sales section, 14 days must pass after my registeration and I must have at least 25 posts.

Yeah, the 14 days + at least 25 posts for the marketplace is absolutely terrible and unnecessary, 3/4 days would be enough...

It is necessary, for them. Shawn knows people are there for the marketplace and with these restrictions, he gets more activity elsewhere. Also, a lot of people won't even bother doing business with people that have hardly any posts, +rep and +iTrader.

Every forum has restrictions. Back on topic, DP is slowing down and it's starting to suck. Also, the newbies apparently don't know how to read. Can't follow simple instructions. Frustrating.

Incredible isn't always a positive thing. It is extremely frustrating. I ask for people who can speak English fluently and they tell me they can post in Arab or I say I want people who can spell, etc. and they reply with "can hav job plz i ned muny n i can spelt!!". Ugh.

Yeah they are definitely f---ed up likely. They hand out infractions for just about anything. Half of mine I don't even deserve.
I have like 8 infractions for bumping threads yet none of them contained the word bump and none of them were useless in the least bit. I would have edited my post to add in what I had to say but stupid digital point disables editing posts after a certain period of time. How the f--- do they expect people to manage a thread if you can't edit your post OR double post.

If you keep bringing your thread up you deserve an infraction. They have an unwritten rules that everyone follows, "If no one's interested, let the thread die."
