I've never used them, but I asssume there as good as amazon as far as i've heard.

They have some great deals, and considering who owns them and how popular they are, I can imagine that they do very well with customer service.

Good site for me. Bought a memory card off of there for free after rebate. Had it in about 4 days and rebate in about 6 weeks. What I expected. IMO good site.

i have bought from them one or twice, it is a quick process with payment etc but receiving the items is a struggle to wait so long

Don't buy mp3s from buy.com! They have a license where you can only have it on one computer and you can't burn em. Just a heads up. Don't know too much about the company itself.

All I know is Buy.com has very slow shipping, then again so did Amazon for me. I go with small retailers when I want to buy something online.
