My experience with Overstock.com has been very poor, after placing my order, 19 days later I was sent an email to let me know they're backlogged and that they'll try and get my order out as soon as possible, without giving me any idea of how long that would be.
The email requested that I reply with "Cancel My Order" in the subject if I prefered to cancel. All this I wasn't pleased with but I could live with it. However, now it's 12 days later now, and I have not received any confirmation about my order being cancelled and my money has not been reimbursed.
I contacted their customer service department, who refused to give me any information about the order because they said my personal information did not match the account information, but I haven't moved and I'm still me, so I don't see how that's possible.
I'm assuming this company is not out to scam me and is just poorly run, and that I'll get my money back eventually, but I still consider overstock.com a sketchy company I would never deal with them again.
