GoDaddys "push" fee.

How much is the fee for this? Who pays? The person who's selling the domain or the person who's buying? How do you pay? Is it automatically put on your bill? Companies usually make you "accept" a payment fee but i've pushed and received domains before and never got any notice.

I think they are free!

I thought that, too but why are people always saying "free push" when they sell their domain. I also saw two people fighting over who would pay the "push" fees.
