Managing Multiple Domains

I wasn't sure where to post this but general discussion seems like it's not really wrong so here goes.

I have about 30 domains I've purchased, most of which are parked and doing nothing. I believe some, if not most, of them have value but here is my question.

For those out there that have multiple domains and are basically attempting to buy low/sell high, do you develop them at all including meta info, keywords, etc, submit them to search engines and hope they rise in value before selling? It's hard enough to manage the ones I already do and the thought of trying to manage more is not very entertaining. I'm just curious to know what others are doing.

Also, if you are leaving them parked, how are you driving any traffic to them and if so, is it making any money? This concept seems to be eluding me so any advice would be appreciated.

I develop them to up the value of the domain. It helps if your site is indexed, has a decent PR, etc.
The sites I have parked, I just leave parked and if traffic goes there then that's fine but I don't really mess with them. Usually I'll redirect them to my main sites after a while.

Most of my undeveloped sites are parked at sedo.com. I am not earning much from parking but it's still better than nothing.

Oh yes, I never make a lot from sedo.com but I just don't know where else to park my undeveloped domains.

I haven't really gotten around to parking each and every single one of them yet so not really anywhere. A few at sedo, a few at namedrive.

To Jerlene - ideally there's no waiting at all but I usually sell a domain within a few weeks.
