I don't know the most expensive one, but .cn is aorund $19, .jp is $60, and I think .mx is around $50.

Well .EU domains are usually around twelve dollars. That's cheap. That should give you an estimate.

Yeah, $12 is cheap but still more expensive than a .com. But I'd seriously consider a country domain if I have a local business.

.ca is a quality extension as well. I'd get another one. Seems to be getting over saturated though.
