Default Problems with my website

I'm not sure where I should post this, but I've got a question. Maybe someone here can answer it or help with some advice.

I have a web site. Somehow a huge mass of links keeps being added to the bottom of my page code. I don't know who or how this is being done. At first they showed up as clickable links and now just in the code.

I think someone is getting in through ftp or somehow. I remove the added links and a short time later they are back. My webhost just keeps replying with short stock answers.

Any ideas on how to put a stop to this?

What you mean? Have you contacted them?

Hosting owner should look into your page code and tell you what's wrong.

Is it a free hosting or something? I don't recall someone else can just add mass links to your own site unless it is from the server end.

Yes. 3 times in 2 days. The last 2 trouble tickets took them till the next day to reply.

I removed my blog and the ftp access that I created. Changed my password. Then finally I removed all pages and kept just the index. The link codes were places on all pages that I had connected through my sites navigation.

Its really just a tiny little personal site. No reason for anyone to be interested in repeatedly hack into.

My host called the links an error code (they are not error code...they are links) and said they removed them. A few hours later they were back.

No
I am paying. I've been with this host for over 3 years with no real complaints before.

I have no idea how this keeps happening. I've done all I can think of on my side to secure my account. That's when I started sending trouble tickets to my host.

I want to put my site back up but can't till this issue is resolved.

Hm, hard to tell without seeing your site and knowing who is the host. You can make a quick Google search about them: "your-host review" to see if they often have problems. If someone hacks your pages it must first hack the hosting server.

I had just checked the blank index page I had up and now there was a java script added to it. In the beginning of the code it has:

document
.
write
(
unescape

all one line of course...then a long series of numbers and %

Maybe it not a bad code...but I didn't put it there. I haven't viewed it except though my cpanel page edit.

I renamed other index files to send as links to my host so they could see them.
Here's one. I am not sure about the coding on this link (it should only be links which are visible only through viewing page source) so follow at your own risk.

Right now I just cleared the index to my site but it seems

ALERT

I've found who is your host. I've entered "site:your-host" in Google and got many sites hosted at this host as subdomains. I opened three sites and GOT ONE VIRUS and ONE TROJAN.

Please DO NOT post here, who's your host; it will just cause problems.

Also please delete your site's URL (edit your post), anyone can got a virus with opening it.

Thanks modric

I removed the link. I do not want to cause anyone else any problems.

I haven't gotten a reasonable response from my host on this. It seems it might be best to look for a new one.

If you are considering to buy a new hosting, you might want to choose a fast one...if you have images on your site as I suppose you have...

How to check hosting server speed.
