how does a site get attacked?? With all the level of protection how can it be attacked most of the bux site go offline every week or so because of this!!
Well if you dont know what a ddos is then here is the short note on it
DDOS is denial-of-service attack (DoS attack) or distributed denial-of-service attack (DDoS attack) is an attempt to make a computer resource unavailable to its intended users.
its a number of fake users and traffic generate from one point, it generates so much that traffic that it floods the server and it goes down. DDOS are common around but its more of a nuisance than anything.
Lots of host have different techniques from keeping this from happening but I'm unsure of what measure they use.
Yep.. Im familiar with this one.. This is usually comes in a group of attacks to a certain server.. Pretty cool idea but when you, yourself, was attacked definitely it will be nuisance..
