In terms of support, uptime, and reliability, who would you vote as the best place to purchase dedicated server hosting?

After looking around this week, I see a LOT of competition in this market.

Softlayer, Hostgator, and Siteground have always been good places to get a dedicated machine. Don't confuse this with "regular" shared hosting.

I personally dislike hostgator, although I put up with them. I prefer companies that are known for purely dedicated servers, rather then wide spread hosting. I've got a list at home, I'll add it when I get there.

HostGator is not good for server boxes imo, simply because they limit you to so much... You have to go by their rules to put things on the serers, not allowing you to always do what you want for the server.

I have two dedicated servers with iNFRENION.com : Cheap UK & US Hosting,FFMpeg Hosting,YouTube Clone Hosting,Cpanel Shared & Reseller Hosting,Phpmotion Hosting,Clipshare Hosting,SocialMedia Hosting,Singapore Hosting,cheap cpanel hosting,Business hosting,ecommerce hosting and they have been very reliable for me.

Stay well clear of 1&1 they are really bad.

Hostgator or me because even it has many subscribers. They can accomodate them all i guess. It's not a perfect webhosting companies but it is one of the best.
