Google and forums gives me more traffic but most of the traffic comes on Google.

Search engines gives me the largest number of traffic and my other source of traffic are article and press release sites, social bookmark and network sites, classifieds ads. I haven't notice traffic from groups though, not that much I guess.

Google would be my top SE traffic source, next to Yahoo. StumbleUpon gives me a fair bit as well.
