In my opinion, it is cluttered with too many advertisments. Its hard to find your way around. I wouldent return, just because of that.

?the only advertisement on there is the bidvertiser ad on the bottom of the header?

I think some of those horizontal link lists could be mistaken for link units similar to the ones Google Adsense offers. A little use of color and some borders to divide the sections would probably make it seem less 'cluttered'. Combine that with some more content and I believe you will have lots of repeat visitors.

Good start, just need some things there to catch the eye and emphasize the important resources.

okay, I've made some changes. I've added some color and gave it a more organized look

Yea, that is a definite improvement with the slightly darker grey background on the titles of each section. I would still do something with the header and maybe incorporate some graphics there and experiment with the ad placement.

Just keeps getting better. This layout seems a lot more organized and easier to navigate.

I would do something different with the home page so it isn't the directory on page 2 repeated. That had me confused for a second.

I still think it is in deep need of a layout consisting more of graphics. But as of now, your improvments are good. I think you need to work on getting a better layout, with color and stuff.
