how to get escape in suplemental result?

hi.. is there anyone here how to escape in supplemental results? as far as what i know, most of the site that had low PR will definitely get into supplemental result in respect of Google. why is this happen?

Before, my index page and other pages are in supplemental results. Those were 6 pages... but since I changed my title, meta keywords and description, the pages on the supplemental results drop to 3 and my index page is also out... and I also gather related quality links, not just a simple link...

you have a point.. here! some say, to easily get out in supplemental result. their say that bookmarking and gaining more backlinks will help a lot on this type of case..

Gaining backlinks is probably the fastest way (based from my experience).

I try to avoid supplemental pages with this strategy:
1. avoid duplicate content
2. more deep link.

How exactly can you tell if you are in the supplemental results?

Almost the same as when your checking the indexed pages of a site except you add a *** -sljktf. :D
The result of the query will reveal all supplemental results of the site.

site: yousite(dot)com *** - sljktf

DN Lodge returns nearly 9000 listings without -jkdfgkjz and when I add that it only shows 220 listing. Hmm..

Unfortunately, the Google Sandbox now has two levels. Yes, you still need a lot of trust to get your pages ranking. But before you start worrying about that, you need to worry about getting your pages indexed in the first place.

Supplemental results only come out if there are pages with similar contents or maybe with similar title and meta tags. so just make sure that all your pages are unique
