Link Exchange Sites, HELP!

My site is very new and it's not even ready yet. But, I'd like to start(or at least start to think) to get some backlinks to my site. I started requesting exchange links with other sites, but the response was not too good because my site is 0 pr. I'd like to know from the experts here how did you get the backlinks to your site when your site was 0 pr. Please share any valuable tip/info you have.

Hi, this should keep you busy for a while. You should also try stumble upon, squidoo, myspace(yeah I know, it blows).

Also, crank out a well crafted press release, and submit it to the following...

Hi.. first you need to collect best keywords that is relevant to your site but make sure that the keywords you can collect has a good number of Daily Search traffic. Try also to have a good content using those good keywords that you can collect. and also do more submission it can help you a lot like Directory Submission, Link Exchange, Forum Posting and a lot....lot more.
