Social bookmarking, classified adds, article submission, web directories and forums are some of the techniques that i used in link building....

Try to use blog comment, Yahoo question and answer and also link exchange.

Out of your list, the one thing I didn't see is links to relevant sites. Social bookmarking is great for building traffic and brand name recognition, but most links are rel=nofollow which doesn't do a lot for building page rank or building your image as an authoritative site.

Quality or relevancy of the site is a must (IMO) when you're building links
