Where can i get some free software for unzipping files???

I am using Windows ME and I don`t think it has any unzipping facility..

My favourite, and I think the best and simplest around, is JustZipIt[.com].

I use 7-zip also.
Most of the time use it to extract a .rar file.

winrar is pretty much the industry standard... WinRAR - Free software downloads and reviews - CNET Download.com

what is the problem ... just use winrar it has more option for compressing and decompressing

WinRAR is great and you can avoid the annoying registration window by using the integration on the right click menu.

winrar is more standard in file compression. and i agree with the annoying registration from winzip. But winzip is a classic, i wish they continuing develop the winzip.
I'm frequently using winrar because it's easier and more files i downloaded is usually at winrar.

Winrar would be my choice because it has all the extension of a compress file. I'm using it for almost 7 years and I don't have any problems encountered on that compression software.

Winrar is alright but some files don't work with it so I use justzipit and it's great.
