1. Question: Why did I only receive 500-650 confirmation emails in my mailbox? I paid for 1,200 Directories Submission, where are the remaining 550-700 confirmation emails. Have you already submitted to all the 1,200 directories?
Answer: Please take note that even we submit your site to our list of 2,500 directories, you won't get as much confirmation emails since only 35-50% of these directories send confirmation emails right away. Some of them takes time to respond (days to weeks, or even months), while some really never send confirmation emails. So upon completion of the work, expect to receive 500-650 confirmation emails in your email. You will receive more (150-250 emails from others), in the coming days, weeks, or months.
2. Question: Can I check when my site was already approved by those directories who don't send confirmation emails?
Answer: Eventhough you'll only receive around 500-650 confirmation emails upon completion of the submission we did, you will receive a "Report" from us showing the complete list of directories we submitted to along with their categories submitted to and PR (pageranks). You may later use this report as reference to check (maybe in the coming weeks or months), whether you're site was already approved and included on their site.
3. Question: I'm not satisfied with your service, can I get a refund?
Answer: If you're not satisfied with our service, we can issue and send you a partial refund, fair amount agreed upon by us and you. This depends on your reason of dissatisfaction. If this is the case, just contact us Please allow 4-7 days for us to send / issue the refund.
