Looking for a partner to handle marketing / promotion for new dating website.

Hey guys,

I recently created a user-driven dating website, www.ematchfinder.com (sorry if I can't put links ... admins, take it out if necessary). I'm looking for a partner to handle all promotion / marketing of the site. This would include getting valid back links, posting on forums, promoting on other dating sites, stuff like that. The criteria:

1) Must have established sites of your own.
2) Must know about basic internet marketing concepts such as SEO and backlinks.
3) Have examples of previous promotion work you have done.
4) Have a basic plan ready before contacting me.

I opened the site around a month ago ... it has potential, I just don't have the time to do everything myself. I am pretty poor, so pay will be a share of the profits ... motivation to do the job well, right?

Site looks good. What's traffic and revenue like so far?

Not so good, since I really haven't had the time to do any advertising ... hopefully someone can help me out with that. =P Got around 1k uniques last month, passively.
