Exactly. I found from being in the niche website business, that webmasters will blend in unrelated keywords to generate ads that may be higher paying. Overall, stick with your topic and content and you will be successful. Additionally, it's always a good idea to ensure sites that you link to are along the same topic, or do not have content that is not approved by your advertising/publishing company.
