I'm just wondering how much you think i could sell my site ( http://www.cmforums.net) for.
Its a PR4 and has 159 members

I think you should estimate it with your time. Daily Hours + Your Efforts on the site. If you have used some ready made contents then you should sell it on low price but if you have your own contents then you may ask more. Well, right now I cant access your site. So, unable to give my estimate.

PR4? Really? 159 members is not a lot and that's not a great extension. Site doesn't work so I can't really judge that well but i'd say xx-xxx.

Ok, I fiqured out what .ne is FYI, .ne=niger the country I presume.
So I don't think I would buy it either.

The domain name isn't that great. I don't think it would sell that much unless directed to the country the domain is after.

well can't tell how you can your sell if it is down.
you can base the price on the number of post, number of members, traffic it generate and ad income if any.

Skin looks good, but not too many sections, so it looks empty. Good start though. You need to add sections, get more members and threads.

well the site has a simple and attractive layout which is good.
but as I said earlier based it with the number of members, post, artcles, traffic generated and revenue.

Well your site is nice and the skin is good. But you will need to get more active members if you want to sell the site because theese members ain't active enough.

I would say around $50. 200 and below members aren't that much, unless every single one of them is active.
I'd say the forum database is worth alot more than the domain is.
