PSPad is a text editor that really help for programming.
it have many programming types like html, c++, php, pascal, java, javascript, fortran, xml, x86 assembly and other. Also have FTP client and you may write your sites online. I forgot to tell about many tools like Color translator, ASCII table window, color selector window, spell checker, hash generator and many others. And you may work with many files at the same time. This is a little part of PSPad program.
And all this is in 3 MBs and its free.
