Does anyone know when CSS 3 will be out?

Theres been a lot of talk about it, but I haven't seen anya nnouncement yet.

O nice, their going to make the specifications modular!
That will make updates and support for new syntax much faster!

I've been obsessed to CSS lately. Will keep you posted if it will be release.
