Default Simple WYSIWYG

Hi all,

I need a very simple wysiwyg editor for my website. All what I need is when a user enters text in textarea, I get it in html...I don't want to allow users to change fonts or anything -

Just a simple regular textarea that outputs html...anybody know one? or know how to make one?

Thanks,

Mahmoud

Here is a list of HTML editors and I'm sure most are WYSIWYG...

We use something called markdown in our content management system. It outputs standards compliant code.
