Default optimal slicing

What is the best way to slice and build in DWeaver this jpg i enclose so i can use it with the best way in Dreamweaver? Im looking for the best way to slice so that the site is as fast as possible and trouble free from a technical way! What really puzzles me is the flash buttons and the curved graphic on top of them.
Note also that the lower taxt is a footer that will be written and not an image!

(sorry i had to post it this way but the manage wont work for me at this time not in any browser)

p.s. i want to keep that drop shadow around!

Well for the drop showdow border, you need to have 4 images, top bottom left right. The left and right could be something like 40px wide and 1 px high, and 40 px high and 1 px wide for the bottom and top drop shadow. You could then use the same images to repeat over and over instead of having bigger images that don't repeat. For the upper part of the design, use the hex code instead of an image background.

It might be a little tough to do this, but I'm not all that fmailiar with Dreamweaver.

Well for the 4 edges, you would have to have 4 different images. But I don't know about the cuvature around the blue section.

Good luck though
