Default making it searchable

What is the best way i can make a website to be easily searchable from Google. Note that the site is mainly built (in DreamWeaver) with the use of pics and theres very little use of text. Text only appears in the footer of each html page. Of course theres text in the site but its been turned into raster pics through photoshop because the use of standard fonts was not good looking designwise and a more "appropriate" font for the circumastances should be used.
So now that theres not text on site, is there someway to make it show when searching in Google?

Not really. All the search engines depend on actual text to list your site in search results. No text = No traffic from search engines.

sometimes the content is what matters most in making your site a searchable site. you can have animations like flash but let it be very minimal because it affects loading time and also make you information/content as fresh as possible and avoid plagiarism (copying the idea of another).

Search engines can only read text, like the kind you can highlight and copy and paste. Search engines can't read flash at all, so all-flash based websites generally won't show up in Google.

The site may get indexed depending on incoming links. But no search engine can read an image as of yet, they maybe able to read the flash file and pull text from it, but it probably won't make sense.

Using flash for an entire website isn't recommended as you won't properly by indexed for keywords as an example.

I agree with this one, so you must get a lot of incoming links to your site you can try the directory submission, link exchange and other link building methods.

You can also try adding alt tags to your images...I'm not sure if this still works but I think it can help spiders extract some texts from your website..

Optimize your site with your desired keywords, then try to get as much quality IBLs as possible.

I agree with you choosing a suitable keywords matters in making a site a searchable one, search engine can decode only text.

On-page optimization (targeting of keywords, adding of H1 and H2, adding of alt title to images ,adding of meta tags, identify the page characteristic such as dynamic pages, javascript, CSS) and Off-page (link building, submission and fresh contents). This is the things you should do as to get visible to the search engine.
