Need Advice I create and support sites, using program DreamWeaver and FrontPage.
Suggest please:
1. desktop program to create RSS feeds in WYSIWYG mode;
2. program for automatic RSS feeds generation.

I'm not sure how you would accomplish what you're asking exactly but you might try taking a look at a Wordpress plugin called WP-O-Matic and a desktop blogging software that incorporates RSS feeds called Thingamablog. You can easily find either in Google. May give you some ideas.
