I've used WordPress, and its pretty good. So I would recommend that.

Yes. Wordpress. but I have thought about using b2 too.. it is easier to use. But wordpress is always number 1

I use one called comoblog on my site.

Its easy to install and allows you to send photos and video from your mobile.
