Google WordPress to Blogger templates. A few tutorials will come up and maybe even some templates. It's not "hard" to convert them just time consuming and sometimes can not come out properly.

I would choose wordpress, the opportunities are endless and you can really grow your site beyond just the blog. Blog spot is ok but if you want to run your own site then go with wordpress the more you put in the more you will receive.

I heard Wordpress is more seo friendly..but still uses blogger to host my custom domain ...I hope in future people will come with useful addons n al

It's easy to set=up a blog in blogger but less good templates that you can get. Unlike wordpress that more beautiful templates that are free to download.
