Favorites Icon (favicon)

Has anyone mad a Favicon, or favorites icon for their site? Its that little 15x15 .ico image browsers put bye the URL of the site. DN Lodge has one

I have one. Same as my avatar here. I made it 16x16. its nice to have it. Besides, i was going through 404 logs (to checkwhat users are getting 404s about) and i saw many favicon.ico 404. Mozilla browsers issue 404 if favicon is not there.
