Tables aren't meant for layout. It maybe the easiest way to put up a website, but it doesn't make it right. They for posting tabular data only.

CSS isn't hard to learn.

But we all had to start somewhere I guess.

I don't program, but to code layouts/templates, I use Macromedia Dreamweaver (or, if I just want a quick fix, Notepad). For graphics and design, I use Adobe Photoshop CS2.
