What tools do you uses to build the web?

I use Photoshop for my graphics, Notepad and sometimes Dreamweaver, Image Ready for slicing things I make with Photoshop, and if it counts AppServ to test out PHP scripts that I build.

A Notepad and a graphics program (usually Photoshop).
I don't believe in automatic code rendering software.
It's hard to go back and add or edit advanced things, and it doesn't show your own skills.

Notepad doesn't insert characters or tags, whatever you put, thats all that goes.

I use Photoshop for graphics. And for coding I curentlly use notepad. I will be getting Dreamweaver soon. I have seen that almost everybody is using it so it is good. Can't wait to buy it

I have no Photoshop Knowledge so i Just use paint for graphics and for coding i use frontpage.

I do all my graphics in photoshop cs 2,
Then i slice the layouts in imageready and code them in dreamweaver (code mode) or in Editplus (mostly in editplus, dreamweaver is kinda too bulky for this).

Then I use cuteftp pro to upload them. Thats all really.

Well first of all, I always make a brand new site on every holidays. Tahts Christmas, March, and Summer breaks. I always make my graphics using Photoshop CS2 first. THen use Microsoft Frontpage to check a few things. Then find a host and do all the coding there using the images created on Photoshop.
Using ImageReady is my favourite. Becuase it allows you to do very neat animations very easily.
