How do you sell a website?

I know that you can sell domains by pushing domains to someone. But, how do you sell a website? I doubt you would give up both your domain and hosting account. So, how do you give the website to someone without giving up your entire hosting account?

Some hosts offer a free transfer service with the purchase of your hosting plan. Try and set it up with the buyer to have them purchase a hosting account at one of these sites, and they'll move it for you.

For cpanel or plesk, simply run the backup utility located on the main page of each panel, and give the person the backup files. Chances are they have either cpanel or plesk.

You don't need to transfer your entire account, just the site so have someone move it to the buyers' server. Anyone can do it. Doesn't have to be your host.

As far as I know you push the domain, give the buyer the files of the websites and thats it.

Yah, you can send them a compressed file or access to your server so they can move it themselves.
