One of my goals is to build quality website’s that will conform to the W3c recommendations http://www.w3.org/TR/.

To learn how to code a few languages;
advanced html then css/xhtml and php maybe ruby.

Short term for me would be to achieve a regular 2-3 new members per day at my forums without having to do any additional advertising/promoting
