Best FTP software

Hi,
Can someone please tell me which is the best FTP file uploader.
Actually I have 10,000 plus files. And about 450MB of file size.
My net connection is not that reliable. So I want to insert all the files in a Queue, and I want the software to keep on re try if the net goes down. And only upload unique files. Do not upload a file, if that is already on the server.

I have used un registered version of smart ftp. I didn't figured out how can I upload files with it. I mean if I upload files, then it uploads them one by one. I want to make a Queue. Like downloading queue. In which I will add all the files. And if net got disconnected. It keep on retry.
